FAQ

Can I reserve specific seats?

Yes! All BETC performances in the Grace Gamm Theater are reserved seating.

If you have a physical disability or hearing impairment, please call the Dairy Center Box Office at (303) 444-7328, and accommodations can be made.

BETC performances start on time. Latecomers are seated at the discretion of BETC staff and Dairy Center house management. As the theater is small and intimate, and the only entrance for patrons is between the stage and the audience, latecomers may have to wait for a suitable break in the action before being seated. If patrons arrive more than 20 minutes after the performance has begun, they will not be seated until intermission, or not at all if there is no intermission. Latecomers must sit where instructed, and may not change seats during the show. If there is an intermission, and space is available, latecomers may change seats at that time.

Is there an intermission?

It depends on the show, so click here to find out.

May I eat and drink during the show?

At The Dairy Center you may enjoy a beverage while watching BETC performances. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are for sale in the lobby before the show and during intermission. You may also bring your own non-alcoholic beverage with you, provided it is not in a glass container. Food is strictly prohibited in the Grace Gamm Theater.

Where do I park?

The Dairy Center does have a free parking lot with limited availability located on the west side.  There is also free street parking. Click here to view more details about parking and directions for our performances.
